Max Travel Ltd Identity Theft - Nanny Scam

Regarding the Nanny scam, here is the latest impersonation of Max Travel. To make sure everyone who reads this blog understands, Max Travel Ltd (the real one) has absolutely nothing to do with anyone who pretends to be our agency and/or who offers you travel documents and visas for a fee. We decline all responsibility as to any losses you may incur if you send these crooks your money.

It is imperative that you NOT FOLLOW UP your enquiries as you will loose your money!!!!!!!

We would request that you provide us with the following below requirements so that the documentation will start immediately.

We would get your flight ticket, medical insurance, tax clearance, work permit and other documents within 3 to 4 working days as soon as we receive these information's from you .

 As soon as your documents is processed,we send it via FedEx courier services or UPS , we will send you a tracking number from FedEx which you will use for monitoring of your document online okay?

-A Total sum of 1000 Pounds must be payable to our cash office so as to enable us process the necessary Documents for the insurance for you to Travel down here to UK, Flight ticket and all other necessary documents as well.
 
All Documents will be processed and arranged here in our Office after which will be forwarded to the British High Commission in your location for verification. Also, some Copies of this Document(s) will also be sent to you. We will like you to get back to us as soon as possible.

With just 4 full time trades people,Max Travel Limited has a professional team, qualified to degree level.

UPDATE ON THE NANNY SCAM

There is an organisation in the UK which you can contact if you have either been in contact with the crooks that perpetuate this scam or if you have actually been defrauded from your money.

The organisation is called: Action Fraud and they are linked to the British Government. This is what they do:

"Action Fraud is the UK’s national fraud reporting centre.

We provide a central point of contact for information about fraud. People are scammed, ripped off or conned everyday and we want this to stop. We believe that we can beat fraud if we talk about it.

The service is run by the National Fraud Authority – the government agency that helps to co-ordinate the fight against fraud in the UK.

Our online fraud reporting service is available 24 hours a day, enabling you to report a fraud and find help and support. We also provide help and advice over the phone through the Action Fraud contact centre. You can talk to our fraud specialists by calling 0300 123 2040.

Reports taken are passed to the police who may contact you for further information. Action Fraud does not investigate the cases and cannot advise you on the progress of a case."
